(Note: This is allllll based about 6 months after AVALANCHE killed Sephiroth and stuff... Though she WAS living in Kalm the entire time it was going on)
History: Cephire was born and raised in a mystery town, that was not far off from Rocket Town. Her birth parents were very kind to her. Even at a young age, she was beginning to show signs of becoming a beautiful young woman. Her best friend in the entire world was a boy, though she can't remember his name... The only way she remembered him was because of the music he would play for her. Her parents always thought they would get married or something someday, but they both knew they would always just like each other as friends. The boy would always tell Cephire how lucky she was and how she would get the cutest guy in the world, if she wanted. But Cephire didn't really care about looks... she was more interested in how the person treated her. Anyways, when Cephire was about 11, her friend just... left. He never told her he was even leaving, and his family left without a trace, even leaving all their belongings behind. They seemed to just vanish during the night. Cephire wanted to know what happened, so she ran off into the forest nearby to look for any traces of them or hints. Her mother came home to find her gone, with a note. Terrified, she ran after her. While she was in the forest, a monster attacked her. Cephire came just in time to defend her mother, with the battle axe she took with her for protection. She killed the monster, but was seriously injured and got a bad concussion. Her mother thought she was dead, and left her, broken-hearted. Even though deep down inside she knew she could still help her daughter...

A few days later, a couple happened to be walking through the woods when they found Cephire, still unconcious and nearly dead by the side of the path they were walking. They took her home to their Chocobo Farm and took care of her, but because Cephire had no medical attention immediately, she completely lost her memory. The couple, Kiki and Naomi, had no idea where she came from or her history. They also lived in the town, and knew the area quite well. Naomi was a very spiritual person... by teaching Cephire how to meditate, she was able to regain most of her memory. When she told her adopted parents where her old house was, there was nothing but rubble in it's place. Her birth parents had never even been said to live in the town at all. So Cephire's past was a total mystery, where she came from and such. She then remembered her best friend, though not his name. When she looked at his house, there was a family living there. She asked them, and they said they had a son that passed away a few days ago while they were on vacation. Cephire was sure she knew who it was.

When Cephire was 12, her and her adopted parents moved to Nibelheim, about 15 years after Sephiroth had been born, where a scientist named Hojo saw something in Cephire's eyes. It was as if she had been infused with an extreme amount of Mako, but had not mutated or anything. Or, another possibility, she was one of the Cetra. Since her memory was lost, there was no way of telling wether she was in fact one of the Cetra or not, but Hojo said it was highly unlikely anyways. Hojo still wanted to find out what that glow was, so in the middle of the night, he kidnapped her and hid her in Shinra Mansion. While she was there, he performed all sorts of strange experiments on her, none that hurt her physically, but certainly frightened her to the point of madness. He would ask her questions on end about the Cetra, to see if she knew anything about them. For some reason, Cephire had a strong feeling that Hojo was a bad man that she should've stayed away from, even before he started experimenting on her. And while she was there, she felt strangely drawn to the mysterious room off to the side down in the basement. She had only seen it a few times, for Hojo almsot always caught her when she tried to sneak down there. The few times she did get to the door, she always found it to be locked, and since she was so small and had no weapon, she was pretty much defenseless against Hojo. She didn't try to hurt him anyways because she knew he would probably punish her severely if she did. Hojo would ask her some questions that no one could ever answer correctly, like "What is the meaning of life?" and such. He also asked her many times if she heard voices in her head, but she refused to tell him that she did. And, since Hojo highly doubted that she was a Cetra, he believed her. Eventually, about 2 weeks later, Cephire ran away and back to her home, where her family immediately moved off to some unknown place that was not far from Rocket Town, and had a Chocobo Farm attached to it.

She lived with Kiki and Naomi for about 12 more years. Naomi knew she was quite skilled with an axe, but he thought she needed more practice for when she was to live on her own. He gave her a zanbatou that was passed down in his family for generations, and trained her in Martial Arts and a bladed rod. When she was about 21, Naomi and Kiki knew that their ranch was going out of business. They couldn't take care of Cephire anymore, so they told her that she was old enough to live on her own and needed to leave the Ranch. They then told her about her past, from the time they found her to the present. Cephire was totally shocked. She hardly remembered anything, about her past, but now she knew... Naomi finished her training, and gave her a gift. A small, newborn baby Gold Chocobo, whom Cephire named "Akai". Then, when Cephire was 22, she mounted Akai, took one look back at her adopted parents, and left. She was never seen in that town again... Cephire does not remember the name of it, as far as she can recall, it had no known name. She left on Akai, and travelled to Midgar, where along the way, she met a strange man named Vincent Valentine, who seemed strangely familiar to her...

Present: Cephire lives in an apartment building in Kalm. It's small, but she has enough room to keep her stuff and keeps her Gold Chocobo in the Chocobo Ranch not far off. Her and Vincent are sort of... well I wouldn't call it dating, but they certainly have some sort of relationship. She hangs around with Cleo, one of her best friends, and Cid. Meanwhile, she still searches for clues about her past. She also knows the AVALANCHE team, but doesn't really think much of them... Well, mainly Cloud. Heh heh. She's pretty good at fighting (She starts off at level 56) and is skilled in the use of Battle axes, as well as zanbatou's.

Description/Personality: She has a pretty face, framed with long blue hair, down about to her hips, which shines in the light a sort of sapphire color. Her eyes are the same, though a darker shade, and very bright. She wears a small grey top, red shoulderpads, red gloves with black fingers which have some spikes on the top, and a small pair of brown shorts. She wears some sort of boot/shoe that is the same design as her gloves, without the spikes and black, of course. That's her everyday clothing, but she loves to dress up in all sorts of odd clothes and has a really good fasion sense. As for her personality, she's kind and very caring, yet has a tough attitude, and really independant. She sort of ditzy at times, when she's having a bad day, too. Though she seems to be kind of normal, or average, she's not really like any other person... She's very unique and has a strange personality. She's only nice to people she likes... So she can be someone very hard to get along with. She would never do something to hurt someone, unless she thinks they deserve it, and when she wants to hurt someone, she can REALLY hurt them. She's cheerful most of the time, and can be either serious, or funny, whichever her mood is at the time. She also has a really good sense of humor. She also cares for Vincent very much, and would never let anything happen to him.

Vincent: You want me to EXPLAIN THIS?! I don't tink sooo... OK, OK... She first met him after she left her home, at Lucrecia's waterfall. This part is in Julia's fanfic, and you'll know it already if you've read it. If not, go here: The fanfic archive. She doesn't mind his monster sides, and REALLY wants to hurt Hojo for what he did. Then again, she should probably thank him... She really likes him a lot and would do anything to protect him.

Cleo: Although it doesn't seem like it, cuz they fight a lot, Cleo and Cephire are actually really good buds and would help each other out anytime. They're kind of disgusted by each other, sometimes, though... ;)

Cloud: Relationship? CLOUD?! NEVAAAAAHHH!!!!! Ummm.... Well, she hates him. If she could kill him, she probably would. But she kind of feels sorry for him, because she thinks he's so pathetic. ^_^ Cloud sometimes stares at her, though... wonder why...

Barret: Barret's just plain grossed-out by her... He doesn't really like her that much and tries not to pay any attention to her. Cephire calls him a chocolate marshmallow too, which really pisses him off.

Tifa: Tifa is sort of jealous of Cephire and really mean. Cephire doesn't think much of Tifa either, and tries not to make fun of her...

Aeris/Aerith: Cephire doesn't mind her, but she can get kind of annoying sometimes like she's a sibling. Aeris likes Cephire as a friend and likes to hang around her a lot, but Cephire gets kinda bored most of the time.

Red XIII: Cephire thinks he's really cool, being a big red cat and all. She kinda wonders what he's doing sometimes, though, sneaking around Cleo's house... ;)

Cid: Cephire thinks he's funny as hell! She likes to be around him because he always makes her laugh whenever he swears for a few minutes straight, or loses his smokes or somethin'. Cid thinks she's just plain wierd, but doesn't mind her hanging around.

Yuffie: Cephire can't stand that whiny lil' brat! She likes her materia and wants to keep it! Yuffie's so annoying that once Cephire just punched her so hard that she blacked out.

Cait Sith: Cephire likes the big stuffed mog, and thinks he's cute. She still doesn't really beleive that it's Cleo's 'dad' who's controlling him.

Sephiroth: *shrugs* I dunno... He's a little too maniacal for Cephire's taste. Though she thinks he's kinda cool, Sephiroth is probably just annoyed by her...

Angel: Cephire and Angel are friends, partly because of their similar hatred for twinkie/Cloud/TK/Ryan etc. Angel thinks Cephire's kinda wierd, but still likes her as a friend.

Cephire runs up to the opponent, lifts them up by the neck with her hand, strangling them, then takes her weapon and slashes their throat.

Cephire swings her weapon over her head, which sends an energy wave shaped like a fan towards all enemies.

Koori no Ryu (Learns it if a Ice materia that she has equipped on her weapon or armor goes up a level)

Cephire summons a dragon made purely of Ice from the arctic reigons, and it freezes around the enemy as it speeds towards them. Good for groups, or bosses.

Cephire runs up and high-kicks the enemy so fast, it appears she vanishes into thin air. (You don't have to learn Koori no Ryu to get this Limit Break)

Falling Heaven (Learns it after her Rayblast Griffin Materia evolves to three stars)

Rayblast Griffin shoots from the sky into the ground, and rises up from below the enemy in a burst of light energy.

Cephire chooses one enemy, and they vanish from the battle. If it's a boss or stonger enemy, it takes away half their current HP and some MP. (For example, with a boss, if its HP was 200, this attack would take away 100 HP.)

Cephire gathers energy in her weapon, and swings it across the screen, making a giant energy wave that damages all enemies and takes away at least 5000 HP for each enemy.

Rayblast Griffin: Heaven's Wings - This Materia was given to her by her father. When it is summoned, a giant griffin spreads light from the clouds on the enemies, and crashes down on them, looking like a comet on the way down.

Demon: Demon Bash - A purple winged demon shoots out of the ground below the enemy, damaging them, and then falls back down to the ground with a wave of energy on it's wings, damaging them again.

Goddess: Sierra's Light - A goddess known as Sierra, of light, music, and the ocean, decends upon the enemy. Each time, a random element is chosen (Any element) and she holds up her hand, where a ball of energy forms. It's so bright, it's like a second sun and the light has an elemental attack on the enemy. Usually, the element is not one that will heal the enemy.

Water: (Evolves: Water Wave, Water Wave 2, Tsunami, Water Wave 3) She casts a wave of water upon all enemies, and it gets bigger, and more powerful as it evolves. It also starts to glow when it reaches Tsunami.

Ice 4: When she learnes her Koori no Ryu Limit Break, it's possible to learn Ice 4, but you need a LOT of points.

Wind: (Evolves: Wind, Gale, Tornado, Squall) She summons a blast of wind, possibly enough to knock the enemy from the battlefield.
